This red fox was at Thousand Oaks Park in San Jose yesterday morning. This fox likes the park quite well. It is curious about people and will come close enough to look but runs if you move toward it. It likes the grass.

Stephannie @MarshaMusselman We are waiting for our escrow funds too. It will be a couple more weeks before we get ours. I will be so glad when everything is settled. It has been a rat race just like so many things these days in my daily life. It is just crazy anymore.

Stephannie @MarshaMusselman Yep. They put a lot on customers anymore but then other times when I have needed things, not specifically for the refinance, some companies will not give you some information. You have to go through channels to get it. Just crazy anymore.

Stephannie @MarshaMusselman Yes. We finally closed on Tuesday. Almost wasn't able to though because they were still having their new system problems to figure out but it is over with now. Thankfully!!!!! Just have to wait till May 3 for things to take effect.
