Do you do exercise daily

The best advice I can give to some one who doesn't like to exercise is to find a group activity. Some organized thing, either a sport or a class, that meets at the same time each week. Something you enjoy. That way it is already built into your schedule. You can do it with friends and possibly even make new friends.

6 days a week. Taking a day of rest is as important to the body as the exercise itself. I never ecommend my clients workout 7 days a week. 6 days is fine though, as long as one eats enough to support the exercise and sleeps well. A rest week now and again is beneficial as well. I ride my bike to and from work every day, it's not much but at least it's some. Would love to excersise more, but don't really have the time.

few years i hated exercise like anything.but every morning my mother used to force me to do exercise.i used to do but only in her presence. but once i fell ill and that also for three months.i had infection in my lungs.after i recovered i am still traumatized by that incident that past two years i do exercise and yoga daily.that really keeps me fit and fresh
