Well, when we lose fat we lose it everywhere. It's physiologically impossible to just lose it in one place, even though people commonly have the idea that fat can be lost from the tummy by doing crunches and whatnot. That's a myth. Losing fat is done by eating right primarily and exercising secondarily. Not sure if you are exercising now or how you are eating... making a few small changes will make a big difference though. Try to start incorporating more fruits and veggies, lean meats, good fats such as nuts and olive oil and whole grains. Keep portions small and don't be afraid to eat often. Don't let yourself get super hungry, but don't eat until you're stuffed either. Losing fat is done by eating fewer clalories than you burn. Be careful not to eat too little though, or your fat loss will be hindered. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! The only thing i've ever tried is eating differently(less red meat for me). Exercise is always a good thing to try. There are exercises specifically designed for that area as well as others too.

i've done the gym a few months back and it's good while you're at it. but when you stop, you get back the pounds you lost plus more! i guess i'm not just disciplined enough where my weight is concerned...

hey, maybe we're just too secure of the love our partners have for us that's why we don't really care if we gain some pounds, he, he! well, at least, my partner says i'm sexier now than when i didn't have a baby yet coz, then, i was just too thin. hear, hear!

thats ok me either lol. I havent even mustered up the motivation to go. I tried the tv exercise shows but i get bored easy. i'm not ADD or anything but my attention span varies depending on the activity.
