In the long run you want to be able to lose weight and keep it off, and have a healthy body and healthy habits, right? A quick fix is not a good answer. Weight that is lost slowly in a healthy way is much more likely to stay off. Also, when you lose weight in a slow and healthy way you will develop good habits that you can keep for a life time.

It is a very common question which often arises in our mind that does walking really helpf in natural weight loss. We will be surprised to know that just thirty minutes of quick walking everyday is very much beneficial for our health and also helps in rapid weight loss. Walking is also helpful in other diseases like heart problems, diabetes, hypertension, depression, respiratory problems and back pain. While walking every muscle of our body moves and thus improves blood circulation. It also improves body metabolism. It keeps us refresh and mentally fit. It brings in good health accompanied by high self confidence and vigor. Exercises also increase our physical work and therefore can be very beneficial in our weight loss programs. Exercises improve the tone and quality of muscle tissue and stimulate the processes of digestions, absorption, metabolism, and elimination. It strengthens blood vessels, lungs, and heart, resulting in improved transfer of oxygen to the cells and increased circulation. Dancing or rhythmic exercise is often an enjoyable way to exercise and lose weight, by toning the body. Stretching is a natural exercise that should be practiced on a regular basis, and is a good habit to develop. It can improve energy and endurance, stimulate circulation, and alleviate stiffness.

hi, well these days there are so many diet plans available to lose weight but till day all i found out is that if you follow any such diet you sure lose some weight but once you return to normal routine you start accumulating fat again.. see the basic problem with overweight people is the low basic metabolic rate.. and to increase your B.M.R. you need to eat a lot and burn more than that.. confused well let me explain eat a lot does not mean that you eat food that is super rich in fat and sugar.. you need to eat a balanced diet which includes fruits 3 proper meals milk (skimmed) and a little bit of fat and a little bit of sugar as well but technically if i tell you doctors say that a normal person shall take 15 gms of fat daily and 8 gms of which comes from the cereals we take. now i have asked you to eat a lot but with that i say increase your physical exercise.. see if you are really interested in losing some weight and never gaining it back then exercise a lot.. not only with heavy machines but try avoiding a ride in car and instead walk to the market.. walk, swim, jog, run, play some outdoor game.. and dont sleep in the day. some time back i lost 8 kgs of weight by cutting on my diet and not exercising much.. i reached 58 kgs.. and the day i returned to my normal routine i started getting tired easily and felt an acute loss of energy in me.. i was eating a lot but there was no energy in me.. all that i was eating was converting into fat.. and within next 10 days i gained 10 kgs of weight...!!! i was really depressed then i read an article in a health magazine in which the doctor advised to eat healthy and work a lot.. i started getting up early going for a 45 min brisk walk.. and an equal amount in the evening.. gradually i increased my physical exercises and to add a cherry on the cake my maid went on a holiday for 15 days... normally what i do is find a substitute.. but this time i cleaned my home myself washed clothes and did every chore that she used to do for me... and you wont believe .. today i eat everything and am back at 58kg :) but the most important thing is i still go for a walk daily.. i hope this helps you a little in accomplishing your target which might seem difficult but is not impossible.. :) all the best !!!

You need to follow a strict diet with some exercises. Go for brisk walking atleast for an hour a day preferably in the morning. Control your calorie intake most importantly fat intake. Avoid junk food and eat a lot of fruits. Also you can go for cardio exercises in the gym like treadmill, cycling, etc. The best exercise for weight loss is swimming. Swimming burns a lot of your unwanted calorie and improves your cardio vascular system. Another good exercise is skipping. A tedious exercise, yet very effective in dealing with over weight. In any exercise you need to do it for more than 30 minutes because only after 30 minutes, our body starts burning the fat. Till that time, our fat is not burnt. Hence do any exercise at a stretch for more than 30 minutes and practice this for 2 months and you can definitely see the results yourselves.

Hi, I'm sure you will get a lot of responses, and I hope my can be a helpful one. Think about it this way. In the long run you want to be able to lose weight and keep it off, and have a healthy body and healthy habits, right? A quick fix is not a good answer. Weight that is lost slowly in a healthy way is much more liekly to stay off. Also, when you lose weight in a slow and healthy way you will develop good habits that you can keep for a life time. Nutrition (much better word that diet!) is a huge part of weight loss. Carbs, protein and fat are the 3 major macronutrients. We need each of them in order for our bodies to function on a daily basis. They make everything work, including brain function. So it's important to get enough of each and not eliminate any. You can nicely balance each in each meal. Meaning a meal canhave a carbphydrate source, a protein source and a small amount of fat. That's a nicely balanced meal. Calories are another issue. In order to lose weight we must eat fewer caloires than we burn each day. However, people trying to lose weight often UNDER eat, which is detrimental to weight loss. So finding a good balance is important. Exercise is the other part. It does not have to be extreme nor take hours. Quality exercise is more mportant than the quantity. Cardiovascular exercise and resistance training are both important. You can even add flexibility training for another emilment. All 3 aspects will not only help you burn calories, but will keep your body strong, limber and healthy for years to come. I hope that was helpful, and if you have any questions you can always reach me at my website! Good luck! Sarah Brown www.sarahpersonaltraining.com
