Winning the lottery

What would you do if you found out you won a large prize in the lottery? The draw tomorrow night is for 30 million dollars and I've got a ticket with some reliable numbers I hope. Would you still come here if you won? Would you still work if you won? What would you do with the money? Me, I would come back here whenever I had the time. My plan is to buy a business venture I've had my eye on for a while now, and expand on it to better the service it provides. I will be making a lot of money from the business, but it means I'll really be able to expand on it. If I can't purchase the business, I'll be starting my own from scratch, and building it from the ground up. The possibilities will be endless. I will also be donating some money to different charities simply because I want to help out with world causes. I will also make sure that my family is provided for, in the event that I move away from the city and cannot see them as much as I'd like to. I plan to do some great things, but only if I win enough to do all of that. I've got tickets for 3 different lottery draws and games, so anything's possible. If I don't win, oh well, it's a dream that I'll continue to have. What about you?

I am really not sure. I think that I would invest a lot of the money and let it work for me. Set up a business that I would enjoy running. Make sure that my kids had the best education. I would also help people that have been kind to me through the years. I wouldn't want anyone to know that I won the lottery though, because then people treat you differently if they know you are rich. I would just follow my heart and hopefully not change who I am inside too much. And yes, I would still be on the internet visiting my favorite sites. It is my favorite hobby and I don't see that changing.

The problem with not having people know that you've won is that they do find out. When you claim your prize you sign a waiver allowing them to broadcast your story and your picture on t.v and in the papers, especially if it's the jackpot.

I would hate that. I am sure there could be a way around that. Maybe consult with an attorney before cashing in and have it collected somehow on your behalf, if not, then that is a shame. I guess I would just have to move where no one knew me. I don't think that I will ever have to worry about it though. We do play every week and have for years. We rarely hit a number. So, it won't keep me up at night worrying about it.

I would invest most of it. (Do you realize that if you deposited $2 million in a 5%apr bank account, you would get $100,000 a year in interest income?) With the rest, I would move to Mexico, and start a nice big ranch, perhaps to the north of San Miguel. I would also build a laboratory for my equine dream project. After getting things started there, I would take a walk around the world. You can see I've put a lot of thought into it; this is because I'm developing a way to communicate through time. (Which could be used handily to win the lottery.)

Drop Zone - 230 straight up, then dropped
Cool. Maybe we could go into business together, lol. I am looking to purchase a trail riding facility in Canada, not too far from where I live.

If I won 30 million dollars I will invest it in a business, buy myself and mom a house, plan for my son's future and have a vacation in an exotic island
