Has anybody here received an email from Yahoo mail congratulating you for winning $500 as random cash prize to its members? I received one and it says money will be paid directly to E-Gold, Paypal, Stormpay, or Moneybookers account. I just would like to know if some of you have received such kind of email, and if it is true. It requires premium membership to Yahoo Games before they pay the prize. Thank you, any information will be greatly appreciated.

almost all yahoomail users recieved that e-mail, it's a scam. yahoo does not give prizes like the one mentioned in the e-mail.

Never heard of such mails before, anyway you are lucky if you have really recieved that e-mail. I recieve e-mails from various scam sites asking me to claim my 10000 dollar or more. But i have never heard of such things send by yahoo and if you have recieved it than it might not be scam as yahoo is not a scam site. I never play games on yahoo so i have no idea about those premium membership or other memberships. Anyway good luck hope you really get your prize.

I have received these e-mails very often. who is the sender? it is not yahoo. Yahoo does not send such e-mails and yahoo does not give out prizes. These e-mails are scam, they just want to get data and money from you. I sent a mail to yahoo, but I don't receive any response, so I think it is a scam. Don't trust such emails. Good luck.

I have gotten these e-mails very often. If you control who the sender is, it is not yahoo. Yahoo does not send such e-mails and yahoo does not give out prizes. These e-mails are fake, they just want to get data from you. You never get money from these "You have won emails". You might as well erase them. It will not take long and you get several other such emails.
