Well, the drawbacks of overeating would be obesity and cardiac diseases. Overeating accompanied by lack of exercise or burning of fats in the body leads to the accumulation of fats in the body. Accumulation of excess fats in the body other than the normal is known as obesity. Obesity leads to cardiological diseases. In short a healthy life would get compromised with the overeating. The drawbacks of overeating is definitely getting fat or obese and your body will be out of shape. Aside from that, you will have difficulty into fitting your clothes and fashion will be no longer in your vocabulary. Health wise, you will have the risk of heart disease, hypertension just to name a few. So, eat smart.

obesity. high cholesterol which leads to heart failures. heavy load of fats everyday which makes you a lazy person soon.
