Why am I having problems

uploading pictures for my discussions? I just tried twice and they did not show up. I tried last week also and couldn't do it. Can someone help me with this, because I'm getting a tad irked.

It's only after you have 500 points that you can upload images for discussions...at least I believe that's the rule here
