I was a vegetarian for 14 years. I have to say that when I started eating meat again my health improved drastically. There is no way I would go vegetarain again. I fully support people being vegetarians though. Since I weight train and am an athlete my nutritional needs require a substantial amount of protein. I can't eat soy at all and dairy bothers me some, I cannot stand eggs, so when I was eating vegetarian there was no way for me to get enough protein, even with legumes and whatnot. Starting eating meat again helped me a lot. Good for you that you stick to something you care about! Sarah Brown www.sarahpersonaltraining.com

No! everything that is too much is bad for our health...eating vegetables is good for our body but becoming 100% vegetarian isn't good either (though I don't condem vegetarian, just purely stating facts) eating purely vegetable and non-carbo/non-protein foods will make your body components imbalance, like in the case of eating purely vegs your body will become alkaline instead of the normal which is slightly acidic, so you'll have an electrolyte imbalance and it is very important to always maintain electrolyte balance espacially if you are with a serious condition.

I am vegetarian since birth. I come from a community where we eat only vegetarian food. vegetarian food is always good and it is easily digestible. I don't know how people relish food by killing animals.

Frankly speaking, I wont become a vegetarian at anytime. Now i know that eating non veg is not that good for health but still we all get only one life and i suppose that in this one life we all want to take the taste of all the fruits of life. But if there is some great reason behind leaving non veg items then its completely different.
