Has anyone had problems with Reviewstream?

For those of you who are not familar with Reviewstream, it's a product review site. You can write about anything. I was with them for awhile, but no longer. I had no problem getting my payment. It was other things that bothered me. Such as not getting credit for some reviews etc. The customer service people really suck and are rude, in response to emails. They were no help at all. The site itself has no forms, so you can't even discuss problems. Another thing was the fact that other members, which are unknown to you, don't take the time to rate others reviews. Why bother writing? and is anyone reading reviews?
