Does drinking lime water reduce body fat?

Fat man - ..i dont want to be fat!!!

I heard this news from my friend, he said i should drink atleast 3 glass of lime water daily to reduce fat... Have u ever tried this...? Please lemme know?

I heard that drinking some water mixed with lemon juice first thing in the morning when you wake up would help "eat" the fat ... but I woudl not advise it especially if you got some liver problems because of the acidity of the lemon And in any case don't do it for too long

Actually with both lemon and lime, when consumed, become alkaline. They are acidic on your teeth so mix with water 1 to 1 ratio. juicing for health is a great web site

you may destroy the fats in your body but you also will destroy your stomache because it will make something like small holes in it of you drink lime or lemon whatever early in the morning when you haven't yet had breakfast.

i dont know if it is true or not, but i am drinking lime water and lime juice as well. but what i cay say is it regulates my vowel movement and thats the way lime water and lime juice helped me.

You bowel movment right Vowel means like a,e,i,o,u and sometimes y LOL Sorry not being critical Just can't stop laughing is all ROFLMAO I hate limes myself so won't be drinking it at all If I drink citrus juices it will grapefruit Preferrably unsweetened Please don't be mad at me LOL Wendy

I think so.My mom drinks lime water everyday.She will take one glass of hot water and add 1 spoon lime juice and drinks it.She it is healthy also.

How much water you drink does make a difference in how much fat your body is able to metabolize (burn off). If we do not drink enough water (which many people do not) the kidneys are unable to efficiently do their job. When this is the case they dump some of their work load on the liver. It's the liver's job to metabolize stored fat. So when the liver is doing part of the kidney's job they are not metbolizing as much stored fat. Drinking aequate water also effects the body in many other ways that can contribute to fat loss. The reason for drinking lemon in water is that lemon can act as a diuretic, meaning it will help eliminate some of the water we store under the skin. drinking lime water was what i liked doing often,till i noticed that when i urinate, some white substance come out of my body. my aunt then adviced me that lime is not good for a womans body, that it slacks the womb. i dont know how true it is but i quit for some time and i was fine. i still want to resume cos i learnt it reduces weight.
