What's the Best Kitten DeWormer?

It's been a long time since I've worked with kittens, as I mostly volunteer with exotics (where ivermectin is used as wormer, although, I know that wasn't what I used for kittens before). My friends rescued some kittens, and we've got homes hopefully for 3 out of 4 of them. One started dragging his bottom now though, a sign of worms. I took a look at him to see if I could see signs of tapeworms. No sign of tapeworms, but that doesn't rule them out. But we need a wormer that would treat all types of worms. Any suggestions? Or if ivermectin would work, since I have it... does anyone know the dosage rate for kittens?

You can really get your kitty very sick, if you do not know what you are doing. Please, please go to vet. Do not use the over the counter meds.

I used to work at an animal hospital and can calculate a dosage just fine myself. I've dewormed kittens before, but I can't remember the name of the meds I got. Although, I know they worked and that they were over the counter (most of the dewormers are over the counter meds). The vet would charge my friends an exam fee on each kitten, and these are rescued feral kittens that they're just trying to rehome.

Cestex is what I always used for tape worms. Not sure if I spelled it right. And I used strongid for roundworms. Maybe thos will ring a bell? Good luck with the kittens.
