I prefer to wear Formal shoes when I go for some Professional Reasons. But for the other reasons, I prefer not to use Shoes at all, but if needed, then I will go with Formal Sport shoes. Comfort is more important to me that the personal look. But I always ensure that there is a balance between the Comfort and Look whenever I select the shoes. For comfort, i believe Im more comfortable with the Formal Shoes. When I go to some Professional Meeting, Parties etc., I give preference to the Look than the Comfort. Because at those cases, it is the look that matters than our personal comfort. When I go out for shopping or other personal reasons, I give importance to my comfort. So my selection of shoes varies with these conditions.

I'm definately more comfortable with sport shoes then formal shoes.Especially for camping and others outdoor activities.Wearing a comfortable is very important for health because it would interrupt our blood circulation if you wearing the uncomfortable shoes.

I prefer formal shoes. They suite my style of dressing and makes me look more responsible and more mature all the time.

I definitely prefer sports shoes..and if you think men's shoes are uncomfortable ...you should try high heels, you should be thankful no one has decided men should wear them. The women who wear those things must love pain.

For boys it is easy to wear sports shoes most of the times as boys are wearning long pants and jeans and sports shoes are good matching for them. But for ladies it is a problem. Though I like sports shoes very much and my doctor also want me to wear sports shoes as I have lot of pain in my legs....., I cannot wear it , as for every dress of mine I should wear sandals, if I will wear skirt and sports shoes .......I will look like joker.......lol But when I go for jogging, I don't care.....I wear sports shoes. They are most comfortable.

I prefere non formal shoes as well. When I worked we got to wear the kind of shoes we liked - that was really good. The only time I wear formal shoes is for wedings and stuff like that - very formal parties.

I would anytime trade my formal shoes to my sports shoes. They are so worn out and comfortable to wear. I've had them for more tan 4 years and I still will not buy a new one till it become drastic....:D

I prefer to wear sports shoes or gym shoes as we like to call them. I don't care for formal shoes at all. I try to avoid having to wear formal shoes as much as possible. Luckily for me any job that I have taken has allowed me to wear my gym shoes. If I am wearing a dress then I prefer to wear sandals which are more comfortable then formal shoes as well.

I prefer sports shoes more as they are more comfortable. Though on office days, I have to wear only formal shoes. I'm a short girl, so I often wear a high-heeled shoes, especially when I go to work. But in fact, I hate high-heeled shoes, I often feel very tired after wearing it(should I use them or it here). My English is not good, I hope you can correct my mistakes, thank you.

I prefer sport shoes or casual to dress shoes. I also have to wear dress shoes all week except Friday at the office. I don't mind the dress shoes if I am all dressed up, but after being forced to dress up all week I can't wait to wear my sports shoes, shorts and t-shirts. I do wear casual shoes when I go out with friends. I can't imagine anyone enjoying wearing those stiff dress shoes anywhere.

I love flip flops. I wear them with almost everything. Except when I go to church. I try to wear nice shoes to church but as soon as church is over I pull out the flip flops. They are so so comfortable.

I actually prefer sandals- Well now anyways as it is summer here in NY. But like you I have to wear dress shoes at my work- and stockings too- When I'm home I'm barefoot, in sandals, or sneakers- Actually I kick off the dress shoes at work on my way out- and change into sandals!

I was always one to wear anything BUT sports shoes - I didn't wear formal shoes, but I do like my sandals, wedges and heels even teamed with casual clothing like jeans. However, lately, I am wearing more and more sports shoes for comfort and frankly because I am letting myself go a bit. Even still, my favourite sports shoes are a pair of black Nikes with a gold "whoosh" symbol and metallic honeycomb design pattern on the front. They're kind of funky and definitely not your average sports shoe.

wish i can wear sports shoes at work but that would be funny looking. wearing sports shoes on long dress or formal dress is really funny looking and i might lose my job when i do that. in my line of work we cant put comfortable first we have to look presentable even we dont feel comfortable.
