What I've noticed is that it is extremely difficult to get rid of belly fat. Usually what I do is 50-100 situps every day, leg lifts and crunches. If I miss even one day, the belly fat is back. Maybe I'm eating too much carbs and not enough protein?

Kneading belly every night works on me well.Every night when you go to sleep, put your left hand on your belly ,the right hand on it,then kneading the belly around navel from little to big and from big to little about 100 circles. Then right hand is the bottom, the left one above,100 circles. As the same time you should pay more attention to thinking "i must be thin".One month later you will find the result.Try it,quickly.May you success.:)

I just worte and article on this. I wish I could copy and paste it here! First off, lsoing belly fat has almost nothing to do with doing crunches or other exercises for the abs. Our bodies lose fat when we burn more claories than we take in. And when we lose fat we lost it from everywhere. It may seem that those areas where we tend to hold the most fat aren't losing any but they are. It just takes time. Where we lose fat has nothing to do with what we do exercises for different body types. That's not how the body works. So, back to burning those calories...doing ab exercises such as crunches does burn some calories. So in that sense ab exercises can help burn belly fat, and fat everywhere, a tiny bit. But all exercise burns calories. It's best to focus on eating a healthy diet and a solid exercise programincluding resistance training and cardiovascular exercise.
