Doing YOGA and LOSING WEIGHT...

Does anyone practicing yoga for losing weight? Does it work? Can you tell me what moves you make or are there any web pages that can be use as my reference?

I do some yoga to add a flexibility element to my fitness regime. Plus, it's relaxing. Yoga burns calories, and can therefor help with weight loss. We lose weight when we burn more calories than we consume. It's not that any type of exercise necessarily promotes more weight loss than another. It all comes down to calories. I recommend a fitness program include cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, as well as flexibility training. Sarah Brown www.sarahpersonaltraining.com

I read somewhere else that aerobic can also burn calories too. Which one burns calories more than the other ? Thank you for your information. I will continue my yoga without my doubt anymore..
