are well over 1,400! (And for those of you not on my friends list it is because I was away for two weeks.)
Yesterday what I was doing was going through them one by one and responding to the ones that I could relate to and deleting ones that I could not relate to. (This was very time consuming for me but I did manage to make $1.30 yesterday WOOWOOT! LOL)
Well anyway today I devised a system on how to handle all those emails efficiently. I decided that I would open each one and if I was not going to respond to it then I deleted it. And if I AM going to respond to it then I click on my inbox which brought me back the start page of my email and the ones that were already opened are not bold anymore. (therefore I know that those are the ones I want to go back to and respond to)
And I know where I left off because the ones I have not read are still bold.
Today I managed to knock out over 300 that I had no feed back for.
This makes me feel better and now I am going to continue this process until all that I have left in my inbox are the ones I can relate to to post a response.
I don't know why I it took me so long to figure out this system but I just wanted to share it with others that have been overwhelmed with excessive emails from mylot (for one reason or another)
This way I can sit back and put my feet up while going through my emails and not have to sit and type while going through them. (a longer process)Yesterday it took me like 10 hours.
Now tomorrow I will respond to all the ones I have saved.
What type of system do you have? (If any) Do you open each email or just see who they are from?

I do not keep the alert on actually. I just go to the section "discussions my friends started" several times a day and go through them there. I would have too many mail in my inbox since some friends just start to many discussions =)
This system works great for me =)

That sounds like a good system you have their.I really dont have my notification on because my email gets so full.I normally go to the friend section and check for discussions. What im thinking about is getting an email strictly for mylot only so that way i can turn my notification on.

It sounds to me like you have a pretty good system lined up. I have a folder that I put all of the discussions in and I will go through them and answer the ones I can relate to also and delete the other ones. I have over 10,000 discussions to go through and alot of them I can relate to so it takes me alot of time to get through all of them and delete some of them.

a respond to for one discucion of each friend and than delete it from my email.
After that I begin to respond to the second discusion of each of my friends so this way i respond at least to one or more discusions of all my friends

well i didn't have any system to manage my friends and discussion here. also i just delete all email that gave to me when someone replying on my discussion. it simple, i just logging into my account, see my earning, friend request and start to make a response that my friend started.

Don't worry take your time, your in no rush. You know when the weekend comes mylot slows up a lot so that would be a good time to get a lot of them knocked out.

It really depends on my time available - sometimes I read every notification and just save the ones I'm going to respond to when I have more time. Other times I will sort them by 'member' and delete some of the ones that have posted 20 discussions in one or two days.

LOL...I do the same thing. If I feel I may respond, if I have time, I will leave it as "read" and unbolded, that way I know that it was interesting enough to save. The others, I just delete if I feel that I cannot contribute to the topic at hand.

I have the same system where I read all the e-mails and delete the ones I am not going to respond to. Then I go back and respond to the ones I am interested in. However, with the amount of e-mails you received I think I would delete all of them and then go to my friends pages and see if I missed something. 1,400 emails is just too much!

Hello, sjohnson,i have turned on the notify buttons for all of my friends and i have received heaps of emails everyday,i will have to read them all and try to reply as many as i can,for the others which i do not have time at that day,i may leave them in my email for a while,if i have time later,i will come back to them later,if not, probably,i will delete them.
I must try to read all discussions to see whether i can have something to say.
