sometimes i often promise to someone

sometimes i often promise to someone but however i can not to keep my promise because by something circumstance, what is wrong ?

I agree with Jimbo, you shouldn't promise people anything unless you are absolutely sure you can keep that commitment. I can't remember the last time I actually said "I promise" to anyone, except a money lender or a service provider.
