Okay, I just went through the snacks and found the one's made in Ireland, that I spoke of in another discussion. They are Boland's Lemon Puffs (light lemon flavoured biscuits) they have a shiny gloss of glaze over the top biscuit and a lovely lemon cream filling. the kids love these, and I rather like them myself. I think I may even like these "biscuits" I've been trying lately, more than cookies!

I would love to try them, as love the taste of lemon. I'll have to ask my brother, if he has tried them, as he went to Ireland a few years ago. They sound like a nice snack that would be low in calories. Where did you purchase them?

I got them at a discount grocery. they were a week out dated, but did not taste at all stale.

It seems like that I have heard of it but never tried it. Sounds like they are good since you said the kids loves it.
