Would you ever work for a family business?

I worked for a business thats structure was this: - Mum = Director Daughter = Manager Dad = Consultant Daughter = Mortgage Administrator Me = Mortgage Administrator Daughter = Newest Employee I have been made redundant after nine months of empty promises with regards to training, payrises and extra hours. They tend to favour the family members over their employees which is perhaps human nature, but we all have a right to live and to work. Would you or have you ever worked for a family business, what was your experience like/how do you feel about the subject?
