Going on vacation

Is anyone planning on going on vacation this Summer? If so, where? Just wondering because I have been wanting to go to a theme park for awhile and can't decide where to go. I live in the midwest (Indiana to be exact). I want somewhere not expensive and not very far. Gas prices are awful so can't be driving across the country. lol Any idea?

my parents have been talking about going to italy this summer they wanted to go last month then changed it to the end of the summer I dont we will go they are pretty busy and they dont have the time to take a few weeks off wich is a shame because I would love to go to italy.

Yes, that would be nice. I really want to take my dad to Egypt someday. He's always wanted to go there and I have too.

I'm heading to Cedar Point in August.
It's going to cost me a lot, since the round trip figure is approximately 1000miles.(I'm in Canada).

I've been there once a long time ago. I'm sure it's changed a lot since then. It sounds like it would be a fun place to go now. I just looked it up. I hope you have tons of fun!
