myLot Notifications

I've noticed this happening that I see the avatar every once in a while. I havnt noticed any real pattern to it though. Not sure why this happens. Take care, Terry

Yup, same thing happened to me. I think they used to come with avatars. Then recently they disappeared. And then they appeared. Now they are gone again. :/

I do not get the avatar in the e mail ever, that I recall. I do have them go to my bulk once in awhile, and I do not know why.

Oh my, no I haven't noticed them before. That is strange, I reckon I will have to start paying attention, LOL. What do these avatars look like?

I don't think my email notifications have ever had an avatar in them - but then again you know how dizzy I can be! lol I really have no idea why it would have some and not others unless some are simpler to reproduce in email? xxx

i haven't noticed that lately. but i noticed something different today. when i respond to some discussions, the poster's avatar shows his/her photo or whatever signs and symbols he/she uses beside her discussion, but when i try to view my response in the menu 'discussions i've responded' the avatar is changed to the original 'green thing'. i can't make any assumptions why this happens.

I not sure about this but i do know that having avatars are better than not having avatars yea

Yes I have noticed this to and I can not figure it out why that is happening I am not seeing it as much anymore as I used to though so I don't know if People have set it that way or if you even can

I havent never notice the avatars,so i looked at the notification email i got from mylot,about this discussion an i didnt see any avatar.That is strange,ill have to keep reading your post an see what others members say about the notification.

I've noticed this too but it's only when I'm alerted that someone has sent me a private message...not for a response or a new discussion.

I think it is to do with you set up your email. If you set it at text only, you will not see the avatar. If you set it for html, you will. Also it could be how they set up their profile, if they allow html and you do, you will see avatars. Do you have your email client set for html or for text?

I seldom get any avatars in the e mail notification. I won't see the avatar or any pictures till I hit the discussion link. I'm thinking that maybe you have a different browser that lets some things through and others not.
