college students courses mismatch the industry requirements?

            Thousands of student graduates every year, what is your opinion about "The college student courses does not match the industry requirement today"?

                    I do not call mismatch, unless one studies mechanical and chooses a career in civil engineering. The gap between the practice and precept is in existence for over 50 years. Education in schools and colleges only give introduction to the subject. Very few technological institutes teach uptodate technology to the students, otherwise it is all stale. It is therefore one should undergo practical training in trade by joining as apprentice to acquire practical skill.

                            My opinion about this is that there is really a mismatch because some graduating students finish their courses, example a doctor, 8 years in schooling then take their board exams but due to limited job offer in the hospitals they prefer to go back to school and take nursing as a passport to go abroad.Justlike a graduates of education, they prefer to be a cashier when theres no oppurtunities to the course of their fields they have finish...
