Marina everybody want to whiten skin to be look more good, but in your case you have heart disease, it is better if you consult your doctor to give you more advice before taking in any supplements or drugs. It is also advisable for your own safety.

I've been using glutathione for almost 1 month now and yet i cant see any improvement with my skin color. ive been taking 1000 mg. gluta along with 1000 mg. vitamin c. Do you think it's enough dosage already?

Marina On my own experience, taking-in of medicine is advisable to consult into doctor to inquire if your taking-in is really for the improvement because you might be overdose, and also check it from BFAD if really passed the BFAD requirements.

Marina My opinion about this is that there is really a mismatch because some graduating students finish their courses, example a doctor, 8 years in schooling then take their board exams but due to limited job offer in the hospitals they prefer to go back to school...
