What is your favorite fried chicken recipe?

What seasonings do you use? Do you have more than one way you like to make your chicken? I season my flour according to my mood. I think I have at least 5 different fried chicken recipes. I really like my Wendy's clone recipe for the spicy chicken fillet. There are just so many ways to make chicken. In our house we never tire of chicken.

I love to season my fried chicken with breading that flavored garlic and pizza flavor. But i really like to try the BBQ flavor because i think it will really tastes good.

What I season my fried chicken with varies by my mood. I tend to put hot sauce in the egg wash no matter what, tho. Sometimes I use flour, sometimes bread crumbs, sometimes I combine them. I always put garlic powder or garlic salt in.
A couple of times, I combined flour, parmesan bread crumbs and cornmeal with garlic salt and pepper. When I prepare the chicken, I roll it in plain flour, then dip it in the egg wash and then roll it in the seasoned flour/breadcrumbs.

I hadn't thought hot sauce in the egg or the parmesan cheese. I will have to try it. Sounds really good!
