I have a delicious recipe for you,hope you enjoy it;) Cooking High-Fiber Bread Quiche recipe High-Fiber Bread Quiche ingredients 4 slice High fiber bread; stale 1 cup Low fat cottage cheese 2 Onion, minced 13 1/2 oz. Can evaporated skim milk 3 Eggs 1 tbsp. parsley, minced Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. Bacon bits; optional Cooking High-Fiber Bread Quiche 1. Line 10 pie pan with bread. 2. Spread with cottage cheese and onions. 3. Combine remaining ingredients except bacon bits, in blender. 4. Cover; blend until smooth. 5. Pour over onion layer. 6. Sprinkle with bacon bits. 7. Bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes. 8. Cut into 8 wedges to serve. Per Serving: Calories--129. and have lots of fibres;)

Fiber is great. It can reduce cholesterol and help to prevent heart disease, and also some types of cancers. It also keeps us feeling full. Anything with legumes is rich in fiber. Lentils have loads of fiber. Beans and chickpeas as well. Some fruits are fiber rich. Raspberries, blackberries, apples, oranges. Veggies of course have fiber too. I am giving you the recipe of black bean soup. it is full of fibre. Mushroom, if you like it, is also very good and rich in fibre.It is having lots of antioxidants and is loaded with B vitamins . dark rye bread is also good to eat. ok, so here is the recipe................ 2-15 ounce cans black beans 1-14.5 ounce chicken or vegetable brith, whatever you like 2-4 ounce cans of whole green chillies 1 1/2 cups frozen corn 4 green onions thinly sliced 3 tbsp chilli powder 2 ts[ cumin 1 tsp minced garlic sour cream or grated low fat cheese for garnish baked tortilla chips for garnish is desired Place all soup ingredients in pot, bring to boil, and simmer gently for 30 minutes . serve with sour cream , grated cheese or baked tortilla chips if desired. its done.
