Hi I am just wondering if anyone still uses a VCR/VHS tape player anymore. Has everyone gone to disk and forgot about the vhs player? I still have one and use it for my youngest to watch disney movies and other kid programs I have on VHS.

I still have a VHS Player here at home. Although I don't use it, it's here. I hardly ever use it to connect the videogame cables. I do not have anymore tapes here at home, but I used to own some of them. Now, I think almost everyone has changed to CD age, right? I have a DVD player as well, and it's often used.

I still use the VCR if there are two shows that run simultaneous that I'm interested in ,But it's getting old and I'm not sure if I'd invest in another .In order to keep up with the technology of the day it maybe time to consider TVO.

I have 2 VCRs and I still use them from time to time. Mostly, now, I use them to record programs. I work at a library and a lot of people still check out tons of videos. But, I've noticed that the library doesn't order new movies on tape anymore, they buy DVDs. But, we still get donations.

My mom still has one at her house. i dont think it ever gets used, but she keeps it around with hope of having grandkids one day to watch all the Disney movies.

I have a VCR that I use to tape TV shows if I am not home, so I can watch them later. We don't want the expense of getting DVR since we don't watch that much TV anyway. We do have a DVD player for watching movies on. The picture is much clearer than with VHS tapes.
