There is a deep connection with love when one thinks about healing! If you are not loving yourself and feeling guilt about yourself then you must become aware that you have to heal yourself first; because it is said that who loves himself/ herself can love others and you cant do healing without love element in you! It is also true that who has capacity to love are natural healers: We know all saints and monk about that they have loved the people and so they have the capacity of healing by just touching you or suggesting some thing, they have healed so many people! What you have to say about?

Your saying are very deep. I saw the meaning of healing in dictionay,Meaning of heal is to cure. You mean lover should cure himself first, and then he/she should claim for love with others. But I saw many they destroyed them selve for their love. there are many examples in our society that, when person who failed in love affairs he/she sheltered in narcotic. They started to ruin his/ her life. we saw a terrible end of love stories in our folk lore. Like Heer Ranjha, Sohni Mahiwal, sheereen farhad, laila majnoo, end of all these folk love stories are not good. Then how could we prove that love heals or healing cause a love. Sorry to not follow your philosophy sir. Regards.

ok Sheenshaukat! What you have said about has a relevance regarding man-woman love! I am talking about love and love only without any expactation! And not only for man and woman, but for human beings, for friends and even for unknown person whichis based on soul and its founding! Well your all examples are connected with great love stories but they are examples of love and its possibility considering individuals! I hope that you will now get what I mean to say and express!

I agree with you in a 100%. I think that a person that can not love himself, In one stage of his life will start poisening people with his attitude instead of healing them. It is very important to start and learn how to love yourself.

I understand what you mean and agree with you totally! It is very hard to express or give love to all others without having it for oneself. My question is, how to love and heal the self? If you are raised as a young child with the ideas that you are not worthy, guilty, stupid, ugly and crazy -- how do you get those ideas and feelings out or away from you?? They run so deep, and pop up so suddenly . . . just saying to yourself, "Well, the person who told me all this was truly sick themselves and I shouldn't believe what they said" only touches the surface of the mind. How does one truly accept self-love at one's core, in one's heart, if there are so many negative ideas and feelings in the way??

I can understand what do you mean by asking your questions! You have raised core question regarding life and its overall experiences, I am agreed! You are also talking about negativity filled inside the person by saying this and that, which is totaly harmful to the mind growing up! There are ways, egfitz! One has to become aware about one's own self and observed around and try to get that mistakes are done and promoted wrongly so why one has to consider mistakes as facts and truth? Yes one has to diginside much and it is time consuming too! Butif patience and urge both are with the person then nothing is impoissible! One mirror remedy you can do: Just see straight in your eyes in mirror and remember all such things which are told to you as negative things and say all loudly to you and then smile lovely for yourself saying this: OK YOU HAVE COMPLETED BUT I KNOW THAT THESE ALL ARE NOT RIGHT THINGS, I AM NOT ACCEPTING THESE THINGS AND DENYING ALL THESE AT THE SAME TIME... smile again and add: YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT A FOOL AND YOU ARE ALSO NOT A FOOL SO LETS NOT SAY ANYTHING WRONG AND FALSE THINGS now.... I HOPE YOU ARE now NOT SAYING THESE THINGS AGAIN TO ME! Use this tool and remove the things from inside by filling posaitive things at the same time... All the best!

Thank you so much!!! I will print out your answer and go to a mirror right now to begin! Somehow I knew, when I first saw another post of yours, that you will have many answers for me and for others who are also seeking. "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." Thank you for appearing and sharing your wisdom!

Yes ! I do believe in the healing touch. When someone dear to you is bedridden you sit beside and comfort them with soothing words and loving hugs. It works wonders for the patient in question .Love really helps to heel.

"Doctor, heal thyself!" You, once again, have made a very good point. It is extremely important for a person to be well before that person can really help/heal others. One must be confident in their healing ability or they will not be successful. And, if you don't believe in yourself, how can you be confident in healing?

It's a gift from God to heal people. What matters most is your Faith to HIM, how strong the foundation is.
