I just came from walking in the park. It was a small hike as hikes go, but somehow today my feet really hurt.
Maybe my shoes were not the most appropriate for walking for a long time.
THe fact is that my feet hurt and I really want to make them all better LOL of course:)
I just got them in water with some salt, it usually works but this time it didn't work that well.
So what do you do when your feet ache?

When I had to stand 8 hours doing laundry work in the night shift..I came home and my feet ached .. I found that once I soaked them in a hot container with epsom salt I was immediately relieve..I think the epsom salt pulls out that throbbing aching pains..
Each time I did this it immediately relieved my pain;)+

I would roll them on a cold can or bottle. I keep bottles of water frozen just for this. I use then a menthol or peppermint rub, as it smells fresh, feels cool, and seems to help the pain. If I had time I would lay with my feet and legs up at a 90 degree angle, against a wall for about ten minutes. I hope that some of this is soothing and that you feel recovered soon.
