Based on the story, it came from the yellow eyed demon that they have been hunting after it killed their mom. Dean has his own powers! The power to hustle and lure women! heh heh heh Cheers!

I totally agree! I was first lured into watching the show when i noticed how gorgeous this Dean guy is. And after watching one or two episodes, i'm hooked...

I definitely think he got his powers from the yellow-eyed monster. I think the monster pre-selected who he wanted to give the powers to. I think it probably had a lot to do with which children turned 1 that year but who knows. I'm definitely looking forward to season 3.
