TawnyJo I alternate between doing aerobic (dance) videos and Pilates. When I added Pilates to the mix, I noticed results almost instantly. I think I could see results in myself after 1 or 2 weeks.

Usually i get up at 7:30 to 8:00 AM in the morning. Even if it holiday. But when I go in the morning shift I get up at 4:30 AM.

TawnyJo When I don't have to work, I get up around 8:00 or 8:30. I usually wake up before then but fall back to sleep. When I work, I get up around 5:00 AM.

TawnyJo I think so. Most body washes make me itch but St. Ives doesn't. I'm not sure if they have a special formula for sensitive skin but it seems to work well for me!

TawnyJo I like to do aerobics, at home, alone. I love dance aerobics. It is, by far, my favorite way to exercise. I don't really care what time of the day I work out. I just know if I skip a workout, I feel guilty the next day.

TawnyJo I usually just toss and turn! Sometimes I will get up and go lie on the couch. For some reason, I can fall asleep on the couch even if I can't fall asleep in bed.
