There are many ways to do this. I'm not one for boiling my ribs first. I do however like to marinate them overnight in BBQ sauce. Sometimes I'm in a rush, and use store bought BBQ, but as a rule like to make my sauce myself. I do however like Bullseye and Sweet Baby Rays if I don't have time for my own. I then wrap the ribs in foil, and cook on the grill for about 1/2 hour. I then remove from the foil, and keep basting and turning till they are done. They come out so tender, and will melt in your mouth. So do tell your grilling secrets!

We used to boil ours first for 2 hours in water or broth with a bunch of spices. But a few weeks ago I saw a recipe in the news that involves using a dry rub, wrapping in foil, and baking them at 200 for 2 hours and then grilling them. We tried it this week and it was delicious! So that's our new way of grilling.

Hey this sounds really easy! Did you also use a dipping sauce with it or anything after they were cooked?

Well when we grill them I baste them with barbeque sauce and then after they are cooked I pour some more sauce on my plate in case I wan to dip some more. We just use sauce from a bottle, nothing homemade or anything like that.

My husband smokes his. He marinates them overnight in Italian Salad dressing and adds pretty much whatever spice sounds good to him. Before he puts them in the smoker, he rubs mustard and brown sugar on them. He also stands them up instead of laying them flat and lets them smoke for about 6 to 8 hours. They are the best!

The way that he does them we don't even have to put barbecue sauce on them. I think it tastes better when you make your own barbecue sauce, good for you! I also like some of the name brand barbecue sauces though.

No I dont boil them first either..but i do marinade them for at least 24 hours and then I love to slow cook them for a few hours on the grill (or in the oven depending on the time of yr) As for the sauce, I make my own which is actually a family favourite :-D

Even doing them in the crockpot they come out really tender. The nice thing about making your own sauce, you can make different ones all the time.

I am impress you make your own sauce. I usually buy mines in the bottle I think I buy Kraft. I do not boil mines first, but I know people who does that that seems like to much work. I see the Sweet Baby Rays brand in the store have never tried them I think next time I will try them.

Once you find a few good recipes, there is nothing like your own sauce.

I season my ribs with meat tenderizer, a lil garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, pepper, and a lil bit of seasoning salt. Then let it sit over night in the refrigerator.
