Isn't it strange how difficult it is to learn a fact about God to share it with others; but how easy is it to learn, understand, repeat and extend gossip?

Well, some people are offended at the mention of God. People don't like to talk about religion these days. I don't see why people can't share their views and accept what each other has to say. People love to hear gossip...most people that is. I don't understand why people would rather talk about the latest celebrity in rehab. I'd rather have a life then watch other people live theirs!

Yes, thats very ture, I even noticed on other sites that when they see religious postings they sem not to like it and try to argue. I experienced it on a site that no longer exists as of this time, the people there was there just for the money making nonsense post just for posting.

this is very true, as you mention the GOD every body just shuts up ,look at you weird, try to make you look like a complete idiot, but i still talk about it , i couldn' care less, i am very open minded ,about religious talk , when you listen to the different views , it helps me develop my knowledge of belief, respect for others , and to be disciplined in my behaviour and attitude.

Sad that this is so true. There is a 'deception' that fogs the minds of those who don't believe. An almost automatic rejection. Gossip----------such a huge waste of time. I don't want to live my life second hand either. And following the lives of these people is a way people do that.

Its satan's way of getting into our lives and tempting us to do things that we dont want doing like gossip. He is keeping us from sharing to others the good news and God's unconditional love. Lets be very keen and keep a watchful eye.

It is a fact that anything that requires thinking and analysis are always much difficult to learn. People are simply too lazy to think, understand and digest. Gossips enter the ears easily because there is no real concrete facts, and the message can be distorted from one person to another without any prejudice. To a certain extent, the more distorted it is, the more juicy is the gossip. This cannot be done with facts, true hard core facts.

Your question is so true. And I don't know why everyone thrives on gossip but you are right, when you speak about God, they get nervous. Go figure.

I hope we can get over with this feeling and finally find the courage to share what we know about our saviour.

This is so true. I'm not sure why it is this way but it is. I think people are so afraid of offending someone that doesn't share their same beliefs that they'd rather not talk about God. It's sad, it really is.
