Actually I am currently renting a 3 bedroom house granted I do live in the country but I only pay $375 a month. And my landlord is just the nicest person in the world. We've lived here since Aug. 1st, 2000 and he's never raised our rent or anything. Now he's practically like one of the family. And in a few years when he's ready to finally sell, he will sell it to us. He just keeps telling us he's not old enough yet, he's only 78 maybe when he turns 80. lol

3 bedroom brick house? hm i'd say $400-$500/month + utilities.. it's pretty high considering the town is so poor. The lowest you'd probably get around here is a 3 bedroom mobile home ranging from $250-to even $400 a month, isn't that pretty bad??

We live in Low-Cost Housing and we have a 3 bedroom, which is 275 heats and Lights...however all the other 3 bedrooms in this city, range between 600 and 800 utitlites unincluded. so yes places here are exspensive concidering we can't even afford a regular priced 2 bedroom apartment since they are usually 500 and something a moth plus utitlites.

Yes. We are in a upper middle class area. The apartment complex is gated and there are many amenities. It's still a lot of money though! ;)

Let's see I would say about $995.00 - $1500.00/per month. I own, so I'm guessing by our area and cost of living out of area.

Yes, it is for nice homes, some of the homes that are offered at the lower end for rent are a little rundown, but not bad, or the neighborhood isn't great, but you can find some for $1000.00-$1100.00 in nice neighborhoods and areas.
