How many of you use a regular magazine of TV Guide? I have had one for years and have enjoyed it so much. I grew up with it, so it was just kind of part of me to get it too. I love looking at the lastest scoop and see what I need to watch and/or record for the following week. Though if you don't like the regular Tv Guide magazine, there is also the online TV Schedule from TV Guide online. As a part of Bzz Agent, I was able to get a very neat kit with some back issues of Tv Guide, which a couple I have gave to my friend that enjoys TV as much as I do. lol And I even got some coupons for a $1, but have only gave away one of those as of yet. So if you haven't picked up a TV Guide in some time I'd recommed that you pick one up and browse it. You might like it. :)

I recently won a one year subscription to TV Guide magazine. I really love it. I also frequently visit www.tvguideonline.com as well.

Wahooo got to love winning it for a year free. I have had months added on mine from here and there too. Like I got 10 months free from joining the Bzz Agent & from Reward Tv a couple times when they had it as a prize.

There was always one around my house when I was growing up. I don't think we could have lived without it. We faught over doing the crossword and argued about people not putting it back where it belonged. I was part of our family life. But my husband and I don't buy it at all. Once in a while we get it to read a story that we have been hearing about, or to read the issue about all the new season shows. Every since they have changed the format it doesn't seem the same to me.... not the one from my childhood.

We used to use TV Guide when I was growing up; the funny thing is, though, with all the new different kinds of cable and cable boxes, most services have on-screen guides which include the name of the show, time, and even a description, much like TV guide. I still like browsing through the issues when I am at the grocery store cause there are usually some decent articles in it, but we don't regularly use it anymore.

Yes the online guide is nice. But since I do recording and have to look more ahead then our box allows, its easier to be able to look ahead on the week and note what I need to tape and then watch. :) So sometimes it comes in handy and like I and you said the gossip is fun. lol

I read the TV Guide regularly. The magazine was better when it was smaller; however, am getting use to the larger size. Bzz Agent just another thing I didn't qualify for and its very normal. It use to be a great site, but now I can't use my points, as nothing is available.

TV Guide is one of the magazines that I get and read. We subscribe to it, Nascar Illustrated, and three parenting magazines. I read all of them while my son is playing by himself, or when I'm in bed and can't sleep. I don't like the TV Guide as much now as I did the old one, but the new one isn't so bad. I don't really even look at the schedule that much, though, just read the gossip. lol I know when the shows I watch come on, and we don't really have time to watch anything else. Our shows take up too much time. And during the summer, when our shows aren't on, I try to spend more time letting our toddler play outside, so we still don't watch anything else on TV.

The only time I use a regular magazine for a tv guide is when I stay in a hotel. Other then that I just use the guide provided on the tv. It's a lot simpler to navigate through and you can see what comes on ahead of time for several hours. But it has been a while since I've used an old fashioned tv guide so I may pick one up just to see if I like it.
