Confidence Is At The End Of The Rainbow

October will go down in history as being the best month for me! I will celebrate the date in October every year. I think I'll it Brian's Day. I'm no Saint but hey. St Brian sound's good to me!By the time I've done everything I need to my confidence will be high as a kite! The rainbow is within grasp now and once I climb over it, the pot of gold, my pot of gold is confidence at the end of it.
IF I CAN (NO CORRECT THAT WHEN I...)
Go to the travel agents to book my 10/14 days away to Rhodes that will be confidence, I've never done that before
To go into my local council office in person to tell them I'm moving out is confidence...
To step on a plane ON MY OWN when I am SCARED STIFF of flying is mega mega confidence
To go to a foreign country I've never been to before, foreign soil is a big confidence booster
To come home and find my self a new job first is confidence
To then find myself a place of my own and to deal with a landlord and to move in on my own is confidence
And once I've done all this you'll be seeing a new WOLFIE!I've broken it down in stages and the rewards are huge and the losses are few and not forgetting the 10 or 14 days in the sun, relaxing and thinking of you and what you have done for me in your support and I will be raising my glass.
If there is an internet cafe in Rhodes I will pop a discussion in!I'm so excited that I can suffer these next few months of stress. I've got my retreat in 10 days time, I return mid August and then the countdown begins....

I am keeping a diary, it not only logs my milestones and my thoughts and feelings as I travel the rocky road towards October but so I can look back when I'm sorted, happy and know that I did the right thing and it will help me with the future, no regrets this time. I am leaving for all the right reasons! Oh and that book you mentioned which arrived, is fantastic, powerful and very very useful indeed! Susan Jeffers - it's my bible!

Wolfie I am so proud of you taking this big Step and it is a big Step and I really hope that it all works out really well and that you will not have to much Hassle from the House Mate I am begging you to be careful I am also proud of you for taking all these Steps and I know you will be a Happy Wolfie when it is all over

It's at the weekends that I find the most stressful! Especially when he's at home, and gets bored, which he does easily! That's when I escape to the gym, the gym is my escape and my sanity and a great way of getting rid of my angst and frustration, why do you think I HAVE to go FIVE times a week LOL! Big hugs xxxxxx

You go wolfie! I am proud of you and am so glad your confidence will be up! So you are only going for a couple of weeks then moving back to the same area? On your own though- You'll do great- Once you get that confidence up you can accomplish anything and deal with anyone-

Sounds to me like you've made a lot of progress, I totally hear that because like you, i've been on a struggle for the past number of years, trying to get myself back on track, trying to build up my confidence etc. and one thing I know is that it isn't easy but doing what you've done there, by keeping a list and acknowledging the successes is a great way of affirming who you are. Keep it up. I recommend the book "feel the fear and do it anyway" by Susan Jeffers.

Got it recently! You're the second person who recommended this book to me, so I looked on Amazon and found it brand new for 33p! Cost more for postage, currently reading it now and it's very inspirational and very very helpful, thanks my friend, wishing you well on your own personal road to confidence and the success you rightfully deserve.

Your on the right track wolfie you go boy! I think its good to go in steps , that way you wont get overwhelmed, one goal at a time.it will work and you can do it, congrats on getting this far! keep going one day at a time , make a plan and go for it.
