What happens if America's Player gets voted out?

I really like this America's Player idea in BB8. It gives me a chance to feel like I am actually in the game and playing along with all the other players! Ok, so I don't have to be in there 24/7, but it still makes the show more fun for me. Currently Eric is flying under the radar and no one is even thinking about nominating him. However I was wondering, what happens if one day he does get voted out? CBS is making him do a lot of weird stuff that may cause the other players to be annoyed with him, so he could easily be kicked one day soon. If he is kicked, does that mean that the whole America's Player deal is over? If so, that would stink. What do you think CBS will do if Eric gets kicked? I think it would be neat if they replaced him by having America vote from the remaining players. I would vote for someone else who is under the radar such as Jessica. Who would you vote for if this scenario played out?

I would think if he gets voted out by chance, then America has lost the game kind of thing. Since we are playing through him kind of thing, its like we got voted out as well. That would be my guess though. I highly doubt they'd replace him with another player in the house.

Yeah you and the previous poster are probably right... but wouldn't it stink to lose b/c of the lame things they are making Eric do? What is with getting into someone's bed, or stealing stuff? That's bound to come back to hunt him. So although he has the benefit of us telling him who to vote for, he also has to deal with all the weird stuff CBS makes him do.

I totally agree with you especially this last new stunt the getting in bed with wasn't such a big deal but when it comes to messing with other peoples things...that yea isn't right and you could bite him hard

if he gets voted out, they would either just go back to how they used to do it. where we voted on who gets calls from home and stuff like that. or they would pick someone else and replace him. I would like to see amber take his place because she could use the money he is getting for doing it. but she is pretty emotional so i don't know if she could handle it. i think jessica or dustin would be funny also. i really like eric. i don't seem them voting him out any time soon.

Yeah I don't think Amber would be good at taking instructions from the audience - she'd just cry if it was a task that was hard. I would rather someone who could easily manipulate and therefore stay in the game longer. I think it would be best to have someone who is "under the radar" as I said b/c then people wouldn't think twice about voting them out. I do think Eric will stay awhile, but now that they are asking him to steal stuff, it could be trouble if he gets caught doing these stupid things BB8 wants him to do.

If Eric gets voted out, I doubt they will replace him with another America's Player. They chose him because he has watched every Big Brother episode. And if you remember, when Joe left his video tape to him said, "I am the twist in the Big Brother house". There will be no replacing America's Player if Eric is voted out. The whole idea is for us, the viewing audience, to help Eric win the whole thing. He is flying under the radar right now and I am a little worried about the next task he has to perform, but if he can get away with it without anyone knowing it was him, then more power to him. I think Eric is up for these challenges, that is why he agreed to be America's Player. (By the way, I think it should be North America's player - I'm so tired of American stations omitting the fact that Canadians watch their networks). I certainly wouldn't give the job to Amber or Jessica. Jessica's annoyance will come up eventually. But, like I said, there won't be a replacement player. Once he's gone, if he goes, then they will go back to the way they did things before.

I wondered that myself. I'm sure they would probably replace him with another person in the house, or just leave it as that. But who knows. You never know with this show. It always has a twist and I heard that there is suppose to be an even bigger twist to the show coming up soon. I guess we have to wait it out. I like Evil and I hope he sticks around. I don't care to much for Jen or Kail, the two that are up on the shopping block, but we will see.

I don't think the show would select another America's Player, as Eric is the best choice and the only one on the show that can pull off these tasks. He is well liked and I believe he will be around until the last players. People pass around the blame for bad things quickly and Eric doesn't look like he would even consider doing something bad. He looks like the innocent boy next door.

You know I have wondered this myself. But Eric is so likeable, I really do not think he will get voted out, for a long while yet, but there is always the possibilty. I really like the idea of having him in there, I think it'a a good idea, and I'm hoping he doesn't get kicked out. Let's just cross our fingers for him.

I really like Eric and I think he is doing a great job for us viewers. The show does have him doing some questionable things but he has handled them all really well. He is so good at acting that I just have to laugh that no one suspects him for anything. I mean he tried to get everyone to vote for Kail over Mike and when it was over everyone started trying to figure out who the 2nd vote for Kail was. No one even thought of Eric. They all thought it was Jen or Nick. that was too funny. The thing that scares me is that at some point Eric is going to be found out. I have this sneaking suspicion that CBS is going to let the cat out of the bag and then he will have to live in that house with everyone knowing what he has been doing. I don't think he would last too long if the house found out. I also don't think there is any way that CBS would allow Eric to win. I think if he won, once the other house guests knew he was America's Player, they would complain about the game being fixed. I know Eric isn't really seeing anything outside the house, but he sure is getting a feel for who America does not like. It is a weird situation and enjoyable to watch, but I really don't think Eric will win it all. I don't think CBS would replace him. They would just come up with a new plan. I am sure they already have plans for what to do if Eric got the boot. I am enjoying this season though.

Well that part would just be over- I don't think they would ask anyone else already in the house- I am sure they would tell all of the houseguests then- It will be funny when he is found out-

You know my husband asked me that after the task they want him to do last night. I mean asking him to take something of someone else's is going to cause more than just drama. After this he might get put up. Great discussion. I would also vote for someone to take over like you I enjoy being a part of BB8 besides yelling at the tv,lol.

hello vivasuzi, I was wondering the same thing. I wondered that from day one. And with them putting him up to so many tasks, I am sure they are going to get annoyed with him. I don't know what would happen if he gets voted off. I hope he does stay in there as it keeps things interesting and fun. Right now the ones I want to see leave are Kail and Jen. I dont like either of them. So I would not pick them to be america's player. I would probably pick Dustin, that would be funny.
