How do you exercise?

What is your favorite way to exercise? In groups? At the gym? Outdoors? Indoors? Jogging? Walking? With your pet? Daytime or night or both??

Hey. Yes I do exercise during my mornings, I workout with a boxing bag and every other day I like to go walking around the beach without our pet, because the sight of another pet is lethal...

I walk. I walk as part of my work and I walk on my days off. It doesn't matter where, really. I don't need a park setting or a track to get me going. As long as I have my radio and headphones I'm good to go. If it's raining, I'll pop in my "walk away the pounds" dvd, by Leslie Sansone and do that. I also have dumbbells that I use to tone while I watch TV. When I had a gym membership, I'd cycle and swim as well. I kind of miss that.

Great comment, thanks. I also walk for exercise each day and many times in the evening as well. I often bring a magazine (industry related in most cases) and read while I walk.

Another fun game is playing tag with my son. Our back yard is pretty large, so we'll chase each other around. It's great fun, good exercise, and is playing time for the family.

I love having a long walks ealry in the morning. I also love outdoors activities such as swimming, trekking, hiking and wall climbing. Exercising in a group is fun especially when it is in the gym. But I also exercise alone at home.

Quite a variety, that's great. Can't beat exercise in various forms, good for you. What kind of trails do you hike? Mountain trails, forest trails or both? Thanks for the comment.

I like to do aerobics, at home, alone. I love dance aerobics. It is, by far, my favorite way to exercise. I don't really care what time of the day I work out. I just know if I skip a workout, I feel guilty the next day.

Aerobics exercise is a great way to keep in shape. Kudos! I find aerobics quite strenuous so I stick to long walks and occasional jogs. Thanks for the comment.

i have a hectic schedule in my academics so i dont have time to exercise. i only see to it that i do lots of walking each day so.

I walk practically every morning, this could be alone or it could be with a group of people. At night, post dinner I walk too, and this is generally alone or with my better half. I try and avoid using my car whenever I can and walk to and from meetings that are at venues that are within a radius of about 2 miles (3 Kms) from my home. In a day I end up walking at least 4 or 5 miles (6 to 8 kms). weekends, I just laze around and may not even leave my home.

I do, but not as much as I would like to. I do yoga and I walk my pets for one hour per day...I do take aikido classes in the fall and winter...

My favorite sports would be jogging outside.Usually I run with my younger sister.Since my apartment is near a famous university,we always run in their campus at night.The air is fresh and the enviroment is so quite.I really enjoy it and I think its a good way to keep fit and healthy.
