You've just been given a talking bird....

I had a taking parrot and I tought it to say M&M her name was Lady bird. She would answer the phone when it rang. She would let you pick up the phone and before you could say hello she would say hello. One day when I came home from work I had my stethiscope around my neck she flew on my shoulder and bit my neck. I think she thought my stithiscope was a snake. Boy what a bite did I get from her beek. She would say all kinds of things.

*quiet whistle* then, "Hey kids! settle down, your father is sleeping" I said hush now! these couple phrases would spare my throat a bit of anguish!

I would teach it to say please lift the lid if you tinkle and don't forget to flush if you leave a floaty. And put the bird in my bathroom..lol I would also teach it other things..lol I think I would rather enjoy a talking bird..

I love cheerful morning types, so I would probably teach it to say something cute like: "Good morning, sunshine!" I got crossed with a TV set when I was born and I have "instant on", not everyone appreciates that.If my bird did, at least there would be two of us.

This reminds me of one of my favorite movies, "Cheech and Chongs up in smoke." I would teach my bird to say the same thing Chong taught the bird in the movie, 'Wanna get high!' That sounds suitable enough:D

You've truly made my day!!! This is the whole story. My computer crashed, it was at the city for two days getting fixed because in this one horse town you're lucky if folks know what a computer is let alone fix one. I had a whole shwack of goodies listed on Ebay and no puter. As if that wasn't enough hubby and I are having discussions on going our separate ways Then I read, "What is the first thing I'd teach the bird to say ?" That's sooooo funny, with all that's gone on here for the last week if that bird can't laugh, cry, swear and yell it's time to shoot the dam thing!!! You are a crazynurse and I wouldn't like you any other way!!! You gave me a reason to laugh. Thanks

Well, I would teach it to talk like normal people. You know just to start a conversation and carry it on somehow. I think that would be cool.

I think it would have to say somthing to let others know not to mess with me, so I think it would be...."Back off she is armed with PMS and she isn't afraid to use it!"

I would teach it to say "get up and clean the house". Maybe my kids would listen better if a bird said it!

i think i will teach the bird to say hello. but most of the talking birds imitates what they hear freguently. mt aunt has a talking bird and it is near the telephone and that was the first thing he knew to imitate the ring of the telephone. unfortunately it became a headache to my aunt for she always mistakens the bird from the real; telephone lol.

I will teach it to say " Hi beautiful sexy". So everytime I hear it, Gosh it makes my day! hahaha

A really cool movie phrase like... "Yippie-Ki-Yay Mother..." :)
