Does it flower?

I bought and planted this late May. I am in Minnesota. It has grown maybe 3 times it's size since I planted it. My question is does Lavendar flower at all? If so when does it bloom? Is it a non-flowering plant? I am lost as this is the first time I've ever had lavandar in my garden. I love the smell of it as I brush against it or after a rain fall. The aroma wafts through the yard as long as their is no strong wind blowing. I had asked about plants that thrive in the sun and this is one that was suggested so I planted it not knowing a thing about it. HAHAHA!!!

I grow Australian Lavenders & Englkish Lavenders, & they are one of my favouritre shrubs. English Lavender is better than Australian. It flowers prolifically.
I looked at your photo, ratred it & wrote a comment. I couldn't tell by the photo if it really even looked by a lavender plant, but judging by your description of the smell, it must be. In daytime I will check my Lavender to see if it looks like yours.
If it is a Lavender, I can't imagine why it doesn't flower, unless it is lack of nitrogen.
I have a really huge Lavender bush, & it flowrs nearly all year round.

It is Lavendar as I remember buying iy for sure. Hahaha!! I'll have to look closer at it in the morning and see if there are blooms now. I think I recall seeing a small bloom of some type earlier today. Thanks also.

Yes, lavender does flower. I had some do so one time. Some varieties are perrenial, some are annual. I cannot say when it will flower in Minnesota. Mine that I bought has not flowered yet, either. I would love to plant scented plants all up and down the local sidewalk so people could smell them each time they brushed against them when walking past. I think it would be lovely to plant a sensory garden.

Yeah I have the perennial. Mine appears to have some taller spike like growth that appear to have some type of bud. It smells great right after the water from the sprinkler or rainfall hits it.

I thought that lavander bloom in spring with a lavander or a white flower. If I am right they have a stock with small flowers on it. I am not a flower expert so I may be wrong. Good luck
