we need to drink a lot of water to replace the liquids in our body. this also helps our excretory system function well. we need water to prevent dehydration too. i guess it does help us think, just imagine how hard it is to think when you are dehydrated. water is good.=)

Water is good for you because your body is made up of 75% water. You loose water through breathing, sweat and getting rid of it through your urine and stool. So, you always have to drink water to replace all that fluid that your body looses throughout the day.

well i'm one of those who really knew the answer for this question cause here we ran out of water and the mayor declared that there will be no water during the next 3 days! i think it's the end of the world! water is crucial in every aspect of life even if you use it for drinking or for covering your other needs. it is really impossible to simply state the benefits of water here but i can just say that the water saves not only the lives of humans but the very existence of the earth as well!
