As reading the responses above, it seems just like this forum, am I right? I'm reluctant to join then. I think there's no spare time to leave beloved myLot! I've fallen in love to this site since my first post forever! Great post!

I feel the same as you. I am sick of seeing it. I don't understand it, if they think it is that great, then why not just go to that one. I think I will start to report it too if I keep seeing it because I am so sick of it. Great discussion Calais!

I agree with you on this, Calais. I think it is very disloyal to be doing this on myLot. There is a procedure to follow if you must do this type of thing. I keep hearing how all of these sites are so much better than myLot, so if that is the case they should just stick to them. I am satisfied with myLot as it is. I didn't come on here to get rich, but to make new friends.

Oh do I ever feel your pain. Yes I started my own anti-yuwie post yesterday as well. Enough with these new sites fads, if one person posts a referral links, 50 more have one as well.

I know what you mean! Two days ago... I had one of myLot's friends who spammed by posting 30 consecutives questions which were promoting a travel agency on the internet. His motive was to earn money through the referral link. I reported a few of his questions to myLot and the 30 of them got deleted. The most common way to get referrals is to spam forums... and that is not allowed. The reason that myLot pays us money for referrals is because it knows that it is hard to get referrals without spamming.

*nods* I agree, I am so sick of referral links everywhere. I am signed up with several other programs online (including Yuwie) but you won't see me spamming referral links on mylot. =p

I must have been absent the day(s) that link went around. I got it in a private email from a friend so I joined I am glad I did a lot of my mylot friends are there. But I agree I am tired of seeing all the "join me links" around here for all sites. It makes it extremely hard to find the good discussions

*laughs* So true! It's really the first hand information-spamming around here when there is some new pay-to site. I don't mind if they are getting together into one big discussion but I agree with you seeing 30 separate discussions about getting referrals to those site, it's rather monotonous.

I agree with you it is annoying to know that people are inviteing other mylotters to go to another pay sites. They should have the manners aobut doing it here. If they are happy with mylot then go and look for another site that will make you happy.

I agree with you that members should not send unwanted or unsolicited links to others for joining any site, untill and unless requested for.

I totally agree.lol I have been getting so many emails about the site. I went there and checked it out. I didn't like it. I will stick with myspace. I dont need anymore referrels. I have plenty in my email box already. I thought I was the only one with this problems lol Thanks for bringing it up. Its nothing against my friends but I don't want to see another yuwie referrel.

Hi calais, You know, my myLot inbox is full of yuwie, so many invitations have i recieved. I'm confused as to join under whom and when. I still prefer mylot to yuwie though i've had some blows here with my discussions being deleted for no reason. I don't know how this yuwie mania arose in myLot all of a sudden. With a little more hike in payment and being not too harsh on the users, myLot admin can cause the same fate to yuwie users, that which we are all facing today.
