I am confused,you know! how will you elaborate this one? I can control my mind,sometimes? but hey? our mind the one who say all the things that we want to do. Am i right?heheh.Mind and brain are the same right? or mind part of the brain? IT is the thinking that we think that can control by our mind? Is it mind, brain and ourself are one? or different? ANyone can explain?

Our brain produce mind. Where brain is physical and mind is spiritual. And the study of this called neurological science.
