do you have a contented life?

life, full of complexities, twists, ups, downs, and a lot more. however, have you ever asked yourself if ever do you have a contented life? life, that inspite and despite of everything that is happening around you, you can still say that i am contented with my life. i like the way it was, it is, and it will...can you say it yourself? well, if you ask me, honestly, i am not contented with my life. human as i am, i still longed for something else. something that is not within my reach. something that only the other person could onyl possess. and with that i became discontented with my life. but in the long run, however, i came to realize that there are realy things that is not meant for me and you. the only thing that we could do is to learn to understand and accept things the way they are. if so, i can say that we can be contented in that simple way. and there's more! JESUS CHRIST can also offer that contentment! HE died on the cross for you and me so that you and me will have an everlasting life together with HIM. for HE knows that we will never be contented with this world, that only HIM could offer. the offer is freely given to those person who longs to be filled with HIS love. that is to believe and receive HIM as LORD and personal Savior. with that simple step, we will feel deep inside that we are contented. contented because we learn to realize and know that this earth is not for us and that we are bounded to heaven where full contentment will be felt. as for me, with confidence, i have a contented life!
