I recently signed up for a water service that delivers 2 bottles of water every two weeks? Do you have a water service and which one do you use now? Sparklett's even calls me to let me know they are coming, so I'm not surprised when I hear somebody knocking on my door in the morning.
I decided that this way my water consuming would have to go up, as I'm the only one drinking bottled water. This has helped me lose several more pounds. I'm feeling so much better and wanted to share with all of you how I'm doing on my fitness goal. Also haven't gained back any of the weight during this time and hopefully before my next birthday I'll be back to my weight in high school.

I have been losing weight by drinking more water and less soda. Now I have 1 soda or less, so have reduced my calories and sugar each day. This has been working quite well and once I stopped drinking so much caffeine my body is feeling better.

Once I get up in the morning I am used to take two to three mugs of cold water. It is believed that the water will help to get rid of the waste material left over night from the bowel perfectly. After daily jogging I do take lots of water so as to replace the loss of water from the body. Drinking water is very healthy, there have been prove about it all the time. If we lack for drinking water, we might have a kidney problem. I also keep a water jar at my office so that i never lack of water. But you must not think that if we have big glass, it save us some time for filling up our glass with water.

no, I don't pay extra for water. Water is actually very expensive where I live. I have a filter on my tap and I just use that. I don't want a bunch of plastic bottles that, granted, I will take to a recycle yard, but why? To me it's wasteful to deal with plastic bottles all the time, when I can reuse a nalgene bottle and fill it up from my filtered tap at home. So I still drink a ton of water and don't have to buy anything special.

back when we had money, lol, we used to receive a service from something springs (cant remember the name it has been so long) it was nice they would bring 4 or 5 5 gallon jugs every 2 weeks, and I had the water cooler dispenser which sure made drinking water a lot more pleasant.
we have a pretty good well now, and the water tastes great but it is also full of calcium which is not good for my old body - settles in the joints and organs - so my drinking water I use walmart dispenser which is from culigan and is reverse osmosis. I have purchased my own reverse osmosis system but it is again a problem with all the calcium, there are no suppliers close to us to have the expensive filter changed regularly and the calcium clogs it up.

Yes I do use water service for our drinking needs. Every three days we have three 5 gallons of mineral water delivered at our house, all of us in the family drinks it.
Glad to hear your doing well on your fitness goal. Keep it up and take care. :-)
