your STEAKS? do you like to grill them, broil them, sear them in a frying pan? do you like to slow cook them till they are shreds for other recipes? or slice them thinly and use for stir fry and fajitas?
how do you season them? do youlike them well done, medium, rare or still mooing?

My father prapares fantastic steaks over an open fire pit in the back yard at his summer cottage. There are a lot of rocks, and our place is on the lake, so there is water nearby incase we need it. We all like our steaks rare, and after dinner we like to roast marshmallows.

I like mine medium done. That way its not to chewy.I like to put a marinating sauce on them, garlic, pepper, salt, onion powder on it and cook on the barbecue.Served with a nice salad and mushroom rice on the side!yum, yum!

I love a grilled steak. My husband is planning to do some grilling today. The smell really makes me hungry. I prefer my steak to be medium, but will eat it well done, if my husband forgot to watch the grill. A little salt and I'm ready to eat.

i think grilled is my favorite way to cook steak. but i do love sliced and stir fried or in fajitas too.
course i pretty much love steak in anything or with anything lol!
i dont like it well done, they get so dry, but i dont want it mooing either..i guess medium rare is my preferred "doneness".
i usually season with garlic salt, red pepper, pepper, lemon pepper, sometimes with basil or oregano too.

My husband makes the best steaks on the grill. He seasons them with pepper and garlic powder and cooks them till they're medium rare with a little bit of charred edges on the outside. I use whatever is left over for fajitas the next day. We used to be able to eat a 16 oz. porterhouse each, but now we have trouble finishing an 8 oz. piece. Neither of us has lost much weight though.

My favorite way is to pan fry them in some olive oil, fresh garlic chopped up, some salt and pepper and then slice some onions and cook them with the steaks. I serve them with a baked potato and a vegetable. This is such a good dish!
