Zam-zam is one of the several miracles all over the world

A miracle drinking water that is trusted can cure any deseas. Why miracle? Because it is populated among the oil's area but the taste is not contaminated. It is purely fresh water. We can drink it directly (no need to boil it). What do you think my friends?

Has this been proven medically? Did scientist even the vatican or any religious groups study this miracle water? Caution should always be taken before believing in such things...

There is so many research about this I ever read that japan scientist made a research about this but unfortunately I can't give you the link The news that I read told me like this more or less : The microscope can not define what is in zam zam water while other water can be observed while you put amount of dirty water in zam-zam, then the dirty water become clearly because the effect in zam-zam

Hi wilaks, This is so true I drink the water from Saudia My mother in law bring this for me I can feel energize after drinking this water I hope there is zam-zam water too in Indonesia so we don't need to go to Saudi

I drink a lot of water anyways and quite significant even in Winters.And yes,getting a bigger glass is a good idea to drink more water, water is important for our body system to function. I think our body has 75% water content or close. I drink freshwater too besides coffee. Maybe you can buy a pail and drink even more water. Having an accessible source of fresh tasting water on hand makes it easier to remember to drink it. Stopping the soft drinks will be good for your bones. Keep up the good work. It does help to have a special glass.
