How long do you stay in the shower?

Oh God! I take HOT STEAMY BATHS!!! That is how I escape from the kids for a while. I light my candles, close and lock my door and I am in HEAVEN!! It really soothes me and I am totally relaxed at that point. I block out everything and just imagine I am in some luxurious hotel relaxing while on vacation on my very own island.

That is totally my time to myself so I enjoy it and take at least 15-30 minutes for a bath or shower. Once I turn on the water, everyone knows to leave me alone LOL.

Oh I know what you mean. I do love to take a shower just to relax in the hot water and use some of my victoria secret bath gel.. mmm smells so good.

well things are getting a bit better now that my kids are 12 years and up. But they still bug me sometimes. How did you train your kids so well?lol

I can be in and out in 5 min (even wash my hair) due to the fact that I have 4 kids ages 5 and under so 5 minutes is the most I get (unless my hubby is here to watch them).

Oh whew! I think I need to take a lot of my time now since I still don't have a kid. Though I am an expectant mom now. When I read your shower time, it makes me realized that when you have kids sometimes you tend to forget the time for yourself but more for your children. But you deserves still all the time in the world in taking your bath.

Yeah I only shower for ten mins myself, maybe you should charge them some of their allowance if they stay in the shower two long !! I'd say they would shower real quick !!

Less than 10 minutes to get clean. Then I turn up the hot water and just stand for another 10 minutes.

Usually my showers last for 10-20 minutes. I love taking hot showers cuz they relax me and allow me to think!

It takes me about 15 min to shower,sometimes less,depends on my kids because I shower at night and if one of them wakes up crying then I have to rush it...lol.

dont you just hate that? they always want you when your in the bathroom or on the phone, I think my kids have radar! lol

I take about 15-20 min, but I've got long hair that takes awhile to wash & I shave in the shower.
My 10 year old can take 30 min+ if I don't remind her that other people live here & need to use the bathroom occasionally too.

It takes me forever because I have long thick hair and I have to wash it really good and condition the hell out of it, than I haver to shave my legs and other things about every other day or so:)
