I wish to lost some of kilos. So at least about 3 or 4 months or above than that. But I wish to use pills, but I want the save one. Is hard for me to find one and the more advertisment more confusing I get. I want something that related to evergreen, likes fruits or herbs. It would be nice and safe maybe for me. I wish to some work out, but I really dont have time, I just control my meal slowly. So please give me a good advice and I am really sure that you have. Thak you so much

You don't have to eat pills to lose weight. Only one thing that worked for me was brisk walking. Within few days itself I started feeling the difference. Since, the climate here does not allow me to go out and walk, I purchased a treadmill and started to walk on that. I must say that it was worth buying. Just walk fast everyday and see the difference. Good luck.

Taking a pill to lose weight is no quick fix to weight loss. The most effective and lasting weight loss comes from two (only two) factors: 1. A change in attitude about your weight (a firm decision to give up the weight), 2. Resolving to follow principles of sound nutrition. Food is energy, energy not used is stored in the body, converting to fats. A pretty good start is not eating after 7pm at night. Eating later at night and then going to bed sends the message to your body to store the energy and if you're not active, the energy converts to deposits that become visible around your waist. Include spirulina in your diet; it regulates hormones in the body. Taking a teaspoonful of spirulina or bee pollen before a meal will help to counteract over-eating. Bear in mind too (if using bee pollen) that bees all over the world are becoming fewer and endangered. Our healthy survival on the planet depends very much on healthy bee stock (they pollinate a third of the world's foodstuff).

If you are still in doubt in taking diet pills, try the natural way: exercise! Not only will you lose weight but it will also be good for your brain. Try also to eat a well-balanced diet. Eat slowly because as they say, digestion starts in the mouth. I personally think that you DO have the time to work out, the only thing is that you really don't prioritize it.

Simple,Just exercise every morning when your wake up. And then eat just a little meal so that you never be hungry. What time did you begin your work? After you wake just take a little exercise or instead you driven your car just take a walk.

You can try a product called Ultrim Plus by Reliv. It is a meal replacement in the form of shakes. For faster results, take it two meals a day. It is also a balanced nutritional supplement so your body gets the proper nutrition needed. Some say they lost 10-30 pounds in 5 months.

You want to lose kilos.Play some sport, train, exercise every day, and you will lose a weight. There are no any diet pills that can help you, they can be just harmful.
