I can't wait to see these Pandas...as it's our zoo!! "ADELAIDE Zoo is building a $6 million love shack for two rare giant pandas which will arrive from China in 2009. Two-year-old Wang Wang and one-year-old mate Funi are coming to Australia to breed as part of a global survival program. Their stay will cost about $60,000 a year in zookeeping fees. In Sydney yesterday, Chinese President Hu Jintao said it was the first time that a pair of giant pandas had been settled in the southern hemisphere. Now at 6 Milliojn that is going to be one great house huh? I love seeing Pandas. I guess they are hard to keep in zoos as a mating pair. I wish your zoo all the best when this pair does arrive. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

No, it is not. The Irwan zoo is in Queensland. Our zoo would be run by the Government. Actually it is an excellent zoo.

I really enjoy zoos, and they are becoming more and more a part of our survival breeding programs, not just an entertainment. I am sure you will take pictures when you go.
