Im athlete and I enjoy running.Im working hard, and Im always exhausted. I dont taking healthy food, so I must taking food supplements.Are you using food supplements? If you are, whic do you prefer '

Hi! since u r in althletics,u will have to take high protien supplement-whey protien is very good.also take multlivitamin,multimineral supplement containing Ginseng.also increase your carbohydrate intake.

I am against any food supplements personally. I prefer fruits and vegetables for the same. Also if you are always exhausted that represents that your body is also getting dehydrated. So you need to take a lot of fluids. Also green vegetables which tend to retain fluids longer would help. Cheers! Ram
